At U10, we focus on

What Players Need 

  • Soccer cleats
  • Sports shorts (preferably black)
  • Soccer socks (preferably black)
  • Shin guards (mandatory) 
  • Water bottle 
  • Weather-appropriate clothing 

Note players MUST not wear any jewellery (Earrings, bracelets, watches etc) this is a safety issue. 

 

There are three levels offered.

You can select the level based on the commitment level

Grassroots Level 1 (1 training + 1 game per week)

Our Grassroots Program introduces young players to soccer in a fun, structured, and development-focused environment. We prioritize confidence on the ball, creativity, teamwork, and love for the game

Our curriculum follows age-appropriate guidelines aligned with Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) principles supported by Canada Soccer. 

 

You can register for Block One, Block Two, or Both. 

 

Costs $300.00 per block and MSA fee of $54.00 (one time per season)

Includes all training and games costs plus two training tops.

Grassroots Level 2 (2 training + 1 game per week)

Grassroots Level 2 is designed for players who demonstrate strong interest and readiness for increased training frequency and a more advanced learning environment. 

This program builds on foundational technical skills while introducing greater tactical awareness, decision-making, and competitive confidence. 

Our curriculum follows Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) principles as supported by Canada Soccer. 

 

You can only register for Block One and Block Two combined 

 

Costs $700.00 for both blocks and MSA fee of $54.00

Two time payments of $350 each is avaliable

Includes all training and games costs plus two training tops.

Grassroots Level 3 (3 training + 1 game per week)

Grassroots Level 3 provides additional training for those players who have the greatest commitment to improving their skills. 

follows Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) principles as supported by Canada Soccer. 

 

You can only register for Block One and Block Two combined 

 

Costs $900.00 for both blocks and MSA fee of $54.00

Two time payments of $450 each is avaliable 

Includes all training and games costs plus two training tops.
