This tournament is a Manitoba Soccer Association sanctioned event.
The U9-13 will play a jamboree format with a minimum of four games.
The U14-17 will play a round robin format minimum of three games, with playoffs, number of rounds of playoffs will be determined by the total number of teams in the division.
The number of guaranteed names may be reduced should extenuating circumstances beyond our control arise (i.e. weather).
The U9-13 divisions of the tournament will be played at Anderson Park and surrounding fields.
The U14-U17 divisions will be played at Valley Gardens Community Club 218 Antrim Road and Kilcona field 1977 Norris Rd, Winnipeg
All players must be registered with their local association. (Maximum 5 guest players per team) All teams must provide proof of registration and player’s age at Tournament Headquarters (Anderson Park - 900 Raleigh) before playing their first game.
All teams from outside Manitoba must have proof of their governing association's permission to travel & insurance, this must be shown at Tournament Headquarters.

The Tournament Committee will determine tier eligibility.
| U9 - U10 | Each team is allowed to register and dress 12 players with 6 players per team on the field (LTPD size) 25-minute halves. |
| U11 - U12 | Each team is allowed to register and dress 14 players with 9 players per team on the field (3/4 size) 30-minute halves. |
| U13 | Each team is allowed to register and dress 18 players with 9 players per team on the field (3/4 size) 35-minute halves. |
| U14 | Each team is allowed to register and dress 18 players with 11 players on the field 35-minute halves in round robin 35-minute halves in finals |
| U15 - U17 | Each team is allowed to register and dress 18 players with 11 players on the field 40-minute halves in round robin 40-minute halves in finals |
